WEEKLY MEDITATION

Modern life can be hectic, but your mind doesn't have to be. Our weekly Sahaja Yoga meditation collective is a welcoming space to quiet the mind, release stress, and connect with your inner self.
What to expect: A brief introduction to the subtle energy system, a guided meditation session, and practical techniques you can use at home.
Who it’s for: Anyone seeking peace, balance, or curiosity about meditation.. This course goes beyond theory; you’ll learn practical, hands-on techniques from dedicated volunteers who live and breathe these practices every day.
All Sahaja Yoga meditation classes are volunteer-run community events and are completely free of charge.
Everyone is welcome — regardless of age, background, or experience. There is no need for mats or special outfits.
To fully experience the transformative power of this practice and establish a deep inner balance, we warmly encourage you to commit time for at least seven weeks.
